Nicole Antoinette is the Principal Consultant controlling most of the day-to-day activities. The Principal Consultant acts as the main contact person between the firm and its clients. Principal consultants are in charge of several lead consultant teams, depending on the size of the firm and delegate projects to various teams. The Principal Consultant works directly with the client from the beginning to the end of the project by ensuring that the team addresses the client’s needs as a key part of the service. The Principal Consultant oversees and guides consultant teams during projects.
Lead Consultants
Lead consultants have hands-on roles, which involve the day-to-day running of continuing client projects. The Lead consultants are team leaders, analyzing and reviewing proposals from the team, providing appropriate solutions to problems, and making decisions by acting as liaisons between the client and the consultancy team. The work involves directly dealing with the client to understand its needs, and to provide possible solutions for the client’s consideration. The team receives and works on the client’s information from the Lead consultant.
